General FAQs
What kind of chair can I bring?
Lawn chairs must be capable of being folded and sufficient size to not take up too much space. Large folding chairs, loungers and zero-gravity chairs are not allowed.
Is there accessible seating?
There are no specific areas for accessible seating in the concert zone, but the seating areas are of sufficient size to contain a wheelchair, walker or similar items. Event areas equipped with bleachers and grandstands have hard packed ground dedicated for wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is prohibited within the main performance area, except in designated areas. Campers are welcome to exit the performance area to smoke at their campsite but please be respectful of those around you.
Is cannabis allowed?
All of our events are operated in accordance with the Smoke Free Ontario Act (SFOA). We encourage you to visit www.ontario.ca/page/cannabis-laws for more information regarding personal use and possession of cannabis.
Are the events all-ages?
Yes! We encourage fans and music lovers of all ages to attend.
Is the event cashless?
Nope! We accept credit, debit and cash!
Are there ATM's on-site?
Yes! We have one in our vendor area, at the bar and at the gate!
Ticket FAQs
Third party sales
DO NOT purchase passes from 3rd parties - only purchase through event websites and/or authorized ticket sellers. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored, and the organizer will not be responsible for the promotion or sale of counterfeit tickets.
Can I buy an event ticket for someone else?
Of course! Just make sure to put their name on it at checkout!
Can I purchase tickets in person?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at our main office as long as the event website indicates ticket sales are open!
Camping FAQs
How are campsites assigned?
All non-reserved campsites are assigned upon arrival on a first come first camped basis. You may not save spots for your friends. If you wish to camp beside another group, you MUST arrive together. There is one campsite per group/vehicle with a valid camping pass. Anderson Event Park reserves the right to relocate campers to a substituted site, or area, if necessary. Please note that camping maps only provide an approximate location of campsites.
Is parking included with my campsite?
Yes, each tent campsites offers parking for 1 regular sized vehicle (smaller than a 12 -passenger van). Each RV site offers parking for one steering wheel on site.
If I don't have an event ticket, am I allowed to camp for the weekend?
No. All guests on the grounds require an event tickets.
Is there hydro available?
No. We do not allow generators of any kind, except in the RV campgrounds. Battery packs are ok in tent camping. *Papineau-Cameron Fire Department reserves the right to alter any of these guidelines based on local bands and weather conditions.
Are there showers?
No, but there are water filling stations and we encourage patrons to bring portable shower bladders if they wish to shower.
If I have a truck bed tent, where do I camp?
We DO NOT allow vehicles in our tent area - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you plan to camp in your vehicle, or have a truck bed tent, please purchase a Trailer Campsite.
Can I set up a tent on my RV Campsite
Yes! Trailer sites are permitted to setup a tent on their site so long as it is not intended to be used for sleeping in. Kitchen tents, shade shelters, and storage tents are allowed.
Will there be pump outs and water fill-ups for trailers?
Yes, there will be pump trucks and water fill-ups patrolling the Trailer camping grounds daily. Pricing is available on site, please have cash for these services.
Accommodations/Parking FAQs
Do you have hotel packages?
We do not currently offer any hotel packages.
How far is parking from the event area?
The walk is approximately 300 feet from our main parking lot to the furthest event area gate.

Alcohol FAQs
General Alcohol Rules

NO GLASS OF ANY KIND. Alcohol contained in glass containers is not allowed.

Persons will not be allowed to enter the entertainment space if they are excessively intoxicated or pose a threat to themselves or others. Persons found to be intoxicated in the event area will be escorted outside of the security gates.

Don't drink and drive. Please use carpools, taxi, or other methods if you plan to drink.

Can I bring alcohol into the event area?
There is NO outside alcohol allowed into any area that is covered under a liqour license. These area are surrounded by fence and have entrances that can only be walked through.

How much alcohol can I bring in?
We do not limit the quantities of aluminum cans or plastic containers. All glass bottles are strictly prohibited. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING PERMITTED!

Accessibility/Medical FAQS
Are there medical/emergency services on-site?
Yes, the safety and wellbeing of our patrons is our top priority. Medical, security and emergency services staff are on site throughout each event held on the property. If you require attention please go to the medical tents or ask security or staff for nearest location.

Can I bring prescription medication?
Prescription medication is permitted on the grounds, under the following conditions:

It must be presented to security upon arrival in the original prescription bottle.

Guest must have photo ID that matches the name on the prescription

During the events, it is suggested to only bring what you require for each trip into the main entertainment area.

Are service animals permitted?
Certified service animals that are trained to assist an individual with an accessibility are allowed. Service animals must be under the control of their owner at all times. They must remain on-leash and next to their owner at all times.
Pets and other animals are not allowed in the event area, but we do welcome them in the camping area so long as they are leashed at all times and picked up after.

Are there accessible restrooms?
All restroom areas are portable toilets. There are accessible facilities available.
